Valentine’s Day Party, this Friday, Feb 11, 7pm, School of Public Health Atrium (**note the time change!**)
Join us for Valentine’s Day desserts and line dancing! We will explain the significance of this fun February holiday, have some delicious snacks, and our favorite dance teachers will be back to teach us a couple of really fun line dances (similar to the ones we learned at Thanksgiving if you were here for that party). We will learn some old fashioned traditional American line dances, and some fun upbeat modern ones, like the Boot Scootin Boogey (see video). Don’t worry–these are line dances, so you don’t need a date or a partner or need any experience–so just bring yourself! (**Please note that we are not serving dinner this week–only dessert, and we are starting at 7pm. Thanks!**) We will meet in the Atrium in the School of Public Health (Michael Hooker Research Building) across the street from the Health Science Library on South Columbia. (See map here). All are welcome!
